The Festival of Saint Anthony in Timonchio
The Festival of Saint Anthony in Timonchio is the popular festival of the hamlet of Timonchio, in Santorso, province of Vicenza, in the Alto Vicentino region at the foot of Monte Summano. It takes place in mid-June around the small church of Sant'Antonio al Timonchio, on the occasion of the saint's feast day (June 13th).
Devotion, Music, and Shows
The festival combines religious events with a village feast: alongside moments of devotion, there are evenings of music and shows, a charity raffle, and many opportunities for gathering. In recent years, the festival has also involved younger people, with dedicated evenings like the Shambles Party enlivening the schedule.
The Food Stand
