The Rosary Festival of Onara
The Festival of Our Lady of the Rosary of Onara is the autumn festival of Onara di Tombolo, a hamlet in the municipality of Tombolo in the province of Padua. It takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October, coinciding with the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, and is part of the annual calendar of events organized by the Pro Loco of Onara.
Gastronomy and charity raffle
The heart of the festival is the food stand, where volunteers prepare traditional Venetian dishes served under the marquee. There is also a charity raffle, an unmissable event at village festivals, the proceeds of which support the activities of the association and the community.
Shows and music
The evenings are enlivened by shows and musical entertainment, from ballroom dancing to orchestral concerts, in a convivial atmosphere that attracts visitors from the hamlet and nearby towns in the Cittadella area.
