Over a century of patronal festival in the hamlet of Nenno
The Festa Patronale di Sant'Anna is the most important event in the hamlet of Nenno, in the municipality of Valbrevenna (Metropolitan City of Genoa), in the heart of the Brevenna Valley. With over a hundred years of history, the festival celebrates the patron saint of the hamlet, traditionally on the last Sunday of July.
The program combines religious celebrations in honor of Saint Anne with popular festivities, featuring food stalls and opportunities for community gatherings. The festival is organized by the Circolo ANSPI Sant'Anna, which has overseen its proceedings for generations.
The recurrence is recognized among the Authentic Ligurian Events, a brand that promotes events most closely linked to the territory's traditions. An opportunity to discover the Brevenna Valley and the Antola Park, a corner of nature and tradition a short distance from Genoa.
For 2026, the patronal festival is scheduled from July 24 to 26 in the hamlet of Nenno, in line with the tradition of holding it on the last Sunday of July.
