Struppa's Summer Festival

A tutta birra! is the beer festival that the G.A.U. Association organises every summer in Struppa, a village in the upper Val Bisagno, in Genoa. The event takes place in Piazza Giuliano Suppini, the heart of the neighbourhood, and is primarily aimed at the young people of the valley, while remaining a festival open to all ages.

Beer, Food, and Music

The formula is the tried-and-tested one for village summer festivals: draught beer, street food, live music, and DJ sets. The square fills with tables and people in an informal and convivial atmosphere, where people gather to dine outdoors and dance on warm July evenings.

The Spirit of G.A.U.

The G.A.U. Association is an organisation rooted in the middle and upper Val Bisagno, organising numerous events that liven up the area throughout the year, from Carnival to summer festivals. A tutta birra! often coincides with the association's anniversary celebrations, thus becoming a moment of celebration for the volunteers and the community surrounding G.A.U.
