Evolio Expo — edition 2026
The second edition of Evolio Expo (January 29-31, 2026, Fiera del Levante, Bari) confirmed the event as the premier Apulian B2B showcase dedicated to extra virgin olive oil. The fair hosted approximately 150 exhibitors, 20 associations and bodies, and about 50 international buyers from 16 countries, with delegations from the United States, Germany, Japan, Brazil, and Saudi Arabia.
The program featured over 100 conferences, talks, and events dedicated to the olive supply chain: technical tastings, oil-and-food workshops, training sessions, meetings on Mediterranean markets, and book presentations. Institutional highlights included the awards ceremony for the Ercole Olivario – Selezione Puglia. The central theme of this edition was the role of extra virgin olive oil as a system capable of connecting foreign markets, oleotourism, and health.

Three days (Thursday, January 29 - Saturday, January 31) with morning and late afternoon sessions.
