Estate LaSagra at Punto Verde in Piateda
Piateda is a municipality in mid-Valtellina, Sondrio province, on the Orobic side opposite Sondrio. Every summer, the Pro Loco of Piateda organizes Estate LaSagra, the village festival held at Punto Verde, in the Dosso Piano area: four days outdoors between late July and early August.
The program combines gastronomy and entertainment: stands offer traditional Valtellina dishes — from sciatt with bresaola to sausage, from platters of cured meats and cheeses to roast beef, and french fries — while evenings are marked by live music, dancing, and activities designed to engage adults and children. Past editions have also featured a tribute band dedicated to Vasco Rossi.
With its multi-day format, Estate LaSagra is one of the most attended summer events in the area, drawing residents and visitors from all over mid-Valtellina, Sondrio province, to Punto Verde in Piateda.
