About Espírito Festival

Two days of spiritual music from around the globe in the heart of Mount Amiata: Espírito Festival brings the voices and sounds of Tibet, India, the Amazon, Central Africa, North America, and European choral polyphony to Piazza della Riconciliazione in Arcidosso. A sonic dialogue between cultures and traditions of consciousness, held on June 19th and 20th, 2026, with free admission and voluntary donations. Concerts, conferences, ritual dances, and contemporary audiovisual art for a gathering dedicated to music as a universal language of peace and connection.

A spiritual music festival in the heart of Mount Amiata

Espírito Festival – World Spiritual Music is a new event bringing the voices and sounds of the world's great spiritual traditions to Arcidosso, in the province of Grosseto, nestled in the heart of Mount Amiata in Tuscany. For two evenings, on June 19th and 20th, 2026, the evocative Piazza della Riconciliazione transforms into a meeting place for diverse cultures, where music becomes a bridge between peoples, eras, and wisdom.

The project was born from the idea of creating an event for the peaceful sharing of many of the planet's spiritual cultures through music: from Tibet to India, from the Amazon to Central Africa, from Native Americans to European choral polyphony. A sonic dialogue that unites different territories and traditions into a single experience of listening and contemplation.

Who organizes it and why

The festival is promoted by the cultural and artistic association Dynamic Space of the Elements in collaboration with the Municipality of Arcidosso and the Pro Loco of Arcidosso, and is supported by the Embassy of India in Rome. The event is made possible through the support of numerous organizations linked to the Amiata area and the Tibetan tradition, including the Shang Shung Institute and the Merigar Dzogchen Community, a historic and deeply rooted presence on Mount Amiata.

An event open to all

One of the most distinctive features of the Espírito Festival is free admission with voluntary donations: a decision born from the organizers' desire to make the event accessible to everyone, founded on an authentic spirit of sharing. For those unable to attend in person in Arcidosso, a live stream will be available on the festival's YouTube channel, allowing people to follow and support the event from afar.

Music, dance, conferences, and art

The program alternates between concerts, ritual dances, contemporary audiovisual art, and moments of cultural insight, including a conference dedicated to Tibetan medicine and a book presentation on Tibetan geomancy. A bar and street food area will be open during the evenings to help visitors fully enjoy the atmosphere of the square.

Arcidosso and Mount Amiata

Arcidosso is one of the most characteristic villages on the Grosseto side of Mount Amiata, a land of ancient traditions and mountain landscapes that have welcomed spiritual communities and paths for decades. This identity makes the town a natural setting for a festival that centers on the encounter between the world's great cultures of consciousness.
