È Verdisio is the event that, in Combai, a hilly hamlet in the Municipality of Miane (province of Treviso), celebrates Verdiso: a lively indigenous white wine from the Alta Marca, with a fresh character, historically tied to these lands but not widely available in major commercial circuits. Organized by the Pro Loco Combai, the exhibition will reach its 35th edition in 2026.
Tastings and territory
The heart of the event lies in the guided tastings, allowing visitors to sample different expressions of Verdiso directly from the producers. A rich program of local experiences revolves around the wine: excursions through the vineyards – such as the 'Passeggiando tra le rive' walk and the challenging 'La Strada del Verdiso' route of about 8 km – historical walks, and guided tours with experts.
Cuisine and atmosphere
The gastronomic stand offers traditional Venetian dishes and some specialties that have become legendary at the festival, such as bigoli in salsa, risi e bisi, fried fish, beef tagliata, and a paella that has won a world championship. Piazza aperitifs ('Aperipiazza'), live music, and meetings with producers complete an experience that truly highlights Combai and the UNESCO Prosecco Hills.

The event focuses on Verdiso, an indigenous white wine from the Alta Marca, with tastings, vineyard excursions, and a Venetian gastronomic offering. Hours: weekdays 7 PM-11 PM, Saturdays 4 PM-11 PM, Sundays 11 AM-9 PM.
