Running at sunset in the Old Port

Corri Trieste is one of the most beloved races in the Julian city, organized by ASD Promorun. Its unique feature is the evening timing: it takes place at sunset in the fascinating setting of the Old Port, the former Habsburg port, now redeveloped and renamed 'Porto Vivo', amidst historic warehouses, quays, and sea views illuminated by the golden evening light.

Races for everyone

The program includes a competitive 10 km, for athletes chasing their time, a non-competitive 10 km for those who want to enjoy the route without pressure, and the Dole Family Run of 3.3 km, designed for families and children. An inclusive format that makes Corri Trieste both a serious race and a celebration of sport open to all.

A race with big names

Despite its popular spirit, Corri Trieste also attracts top athletes: in past editions, international and valuable national runners have participated, including Olympic marathoner Giovanna Epis, who won in the city in 2021. A mix of competition and atmosphere that makes the event special in the running scene of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
