Five days of collective outdoor practices in Val Saviore
In the heart of the Adamello Park, in Val Saviore, the Corpo Montagna Festival offers a different way to experience the highlands: not just as a sporting backdrop, but as a space for gathering, care, and change. The event is based at the Casa del Parco Adamello, a facility located between the municipalities of Cevo and Saviore dell'Adamello, in the province of Brescia.
The festival revolves around four fundamental elements โ mountain, human body, sound, and word โ explored through slow and shared outdoor practices. The program intertwines physical and artistic activities with moments of environmental investigation: from climbing to via ferrata, from acroyoga to forest bathing, from mycological excursions to cyanotype and slackline workshops, up to public meetings, concerts, and screenings.
Corpo Montagna was born from the desire to question the future of the Alps amidst climate, communities, and sustainable tourism. The events are designed for those who want to explore the mountains in a participatory way, with a critical perspective and particular attention to the Valle Camonica region. The festival is promoted by the Casa del Parco Adamello in collaboration with the Adamello Park, the Mountain Community of Valle Camonica, and the Municipalities of Cevo and Saviore dell'Adamello.
A section of the program is dedicated to the youngest, with activities designed to introduce children to the mountains in a playful and safe way, making the event suitable for the whole family.
The second edition of the Corpo Montagna Festival enlivens Val Saviore from May 29 to June 2, 2026, based at the Casa del Parco Adamello. The program includes climbing and via ferrata in Valle Adamรจ, acroyoga, forest bathing, mycological excursions, cyanotype and slackline workshops, as well as public meetings, concerts, and screenings.
Among the announced events are the investigation into alpine glaciers "Ghiaccio vivo" by Federica Nova, the project "Pasturismo" on the contradictions of tourism in the Balkan highlands, and the exhibition "Giochi Preziosi" by Beatrice Citterio, a critical look at the impact of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games. This year, a part of the program is dedicated to children and families.
