About Artists for San Vincenzo Ferreri

Every spring, coinciding with the San Vincenzo Ferreri festivities, the vestibule of Palazzo Norante in Campomarino hosts the art collective "Artists for San Vincenzo Ferreri". Students from the adult and children's painting courses exhibit alongside local artists, creating a week of colour in the heart of the village. The 4th edition, themed "Tradition is loyalty to the fire, not to the ashes", takes place from April 24th to May 1st, 2026, with free admission.

Art in the Village

The Collective Exhibition "Artists for San Vincenzo Ferreri" is the spring event that brings art to the heart of Campomarino, in the province of Campobasso. The exhibition is held in the vestibule of Palazzo Norante, in the old town, coinciding with the opening of the events dedicated to San Vincenzo Ferreri — the same ones that later culminate in the Palio delle Oche.

A Community of Artists

The exhibitors are the students of the municipal painting course, both adults and children, along with local artists. The collective is thus an opportunity to showcase the creative ferment of the town and to involve different generations around artistic practice. Each edition revolves around a theme: the one for 2026 is "Tradition is loyalty to the fire, not to the ashes".

A Week of Colour

The exhibition remains open for about a week, from the opening day until May 1st, accompanying the San Vincenzo Ferreri celebrations and the start of spring in the village. Admission is free.
