About Cerenova White Night

The Cerenova White Night is the major summer evening festival held in the Cerenova district of Marina di Cerveteri, in the municipality of Cerveteri (Province of Rome, Lazio). For one night, Via Sergio Angelucci and Via Veio transform into an open-air lounge, buzzing with craft stalls, food stands, street food, roving performers, jugglers, and live music featuring the greatest hits of the 70s, 80s, and 90s. This free event for all ages attracts both residents and tourists along the Cerveteri coastline.

A night of celebration on the Cerveteri coast

The Cerenova White Night is one of the most anticipated summer events in the district of Cerenova, in Marina di Cerveteri, within the municipality of Cerveteri (Province of Rome, Lazio). For one evening, the entire commercial heart of the town lights up: Via Sergio Angelucci and Via Veio turn into a long open-air lounge where you can stroll until late at night amidst lights, music, delicious aromas, and street performances.

An open-air lounge of crafts and flavors

Along the streets of the district, you will find dozens of stalls and exhibitors dedicated to crafts, collectibles, antiques, and costume jewelry, featuring original ideas and handmade products. Plenty of space is reserved for gastronomy: the street food areas offer meat specialties and traditional products from the Lazio region, perfect for an informal dinner to enjoy while walking.

Live music and roving performances

The beating heart of the evening is the live music. On stages set up along the streets, bands take turns playing the greatest hits of the seventies, eighties, and nineties, the ideal soundtrack for a night of celebration by the sea. To make the atmosphere even more vibrant, there are roving performances, jugglers, street artists, and entertainment for all ages, engaging families, young people, and children alike.

A community festival on the Cerveteri coast

More than just an event, the Cerenova White Night is a community festival that brings new life to the coast in the height of summer. The event, which has returned in recent years after a hiatus, attracts residents, vacationers, and tourists from the entire Cerveteri area, the ancient Etruscan Caere famous for its UNESCO-listed necropolis. The White Night is part of the rich calendar of summer events promoted by the Municipality of Cerveteri, often preceded by appointments like Il Mercatino on Via Veio, a preview dedicated to shopping, music, and flavors.
