The 24th edition of Cavour in Fiore confirmed the event's winning formula, with over a hundred exhibitors from all over Italy spread across the squares and streets of Cavour's historic center. Highlights included the Saturday afternoon inauguration in Piazza Sforzini, free floral arrangement courses, watercolor workshops, the Cavour in piume small animal exhibition, guided tours, and numerous activities dedicated to families. Admission was free throughout the event.

Saturday, May 2, 2026
- 10:00-12:00 — Floral-themed readings at the municipal library and a used book market all day.
- 10:30 — Exhibition and watercolor painting workshops.
- 15:00 — Official inauguration in Piazza Sforzini with the opening of the market featuring over 100 exhibitors (nurserymen, floriculturists, herbalists, and artisans). Followed by roaming folk music.
- 15:30 — Free floral arrangement course in Piazza Sforzini.
- 16:00 — Watercolor painting workshop.

- 9:00 — Opening of the grand floral and nursery market along the streets and squares of the center.
- 10:00-18:00 — Free roaming tourist train from Piazza Petitti; games and pony and horse rides in Piazza Solferino.

How to get there
Cavour is located in the plains of the Pinerolo area, in the Province of Turin. By car, it can be reached from Pinerolo and Saluzzo via provincial roads; parking is available near the center. During the event, a free roaming tourist train connects the different areas of the town.
Admission
Admission to the market is free. Floral arrangement courses, watercolor workshops, the tourist train, and access to the Archaeological Museum at the Abbey of Santa Maria are also free.
