The festivities kick off in the morning around 10:00 AM, when the square becomes the hub for a journey combining gastronomy, culture, and outdoor activities. Highlights include:

It is a showcase of the agro-pastoral heritage of Casalvecchio, a land of extra virgin olive oil, honey, and crusty durum wheat bread.
