The Carlentini Summer Fest

The Carlentini Summer Fest is the flagship summer event of the Municipality of Carlentini, a town in the province of Syracuse overlooking the Piana di Catania and guardian of the ancient Greek colony of Leontinoi. Promoted and organized by Pro Loco Carlentini ETS, the event transforms the city's outdoor spaces into a large festival village for three consecutive evenings, featuring free admission and activities designed for all ages.

Where and when

The heart of the festival lies in Villa Belvedere and the nearby Parco Omaha, the green lungs of central Carlentini. The evenings typically run from 6:00 PM until midnight, when the milder temperatures invite visitors to stroll among the stands, enjoy music, and stop for an outdoor dinner. The three-day format, usually held from Friday to Sunday, makes the Summer Fest one of the most anticipated events in the Leontinoi area's summer calendar.

The Carlentini Summer Fest program weaves together various forms of popular entertainment:
