Walking between lake and hills
Profumi di Collina is the food and wine walk organized by Pro Loco La Collina on the heights of the Alto Lago d'Iseo. The route crosses the territories of Riva di Solto, Solto Collina and Fonteno, in the province of Bergamo, offering participants evocative views of the Sebino lake and the surrounding mountains.
A multi-stage itinerary
The format is that of a multi-stage gastronomic walk: along the route, several stations offer tastings of typical products, transforming the walk into a journey through the flavors of local tradition. These range from cured meats and 'coppa' to 'ravioli de Solt', from braised meat with polenta to 'formaggella' and 'stracchino' cheese from Monte di Bronzone, to seasonal fruit and local desserts. For those who do not wish to walk the entire itinerary, a shuttle service is available between the stages.
An established tradition
Now in its many editions, Profumi di Collina has become a much-loved event, often sold out, capable of combining the sporting and naturalistic dimension with the food and wine experience. It is the ideal opportunity to discover a lesser-known corner of Lake Iseo, walking among olive trees, vineyards and villages, and to savor the excellences of a territory that makes the hills its identity.

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, the 18th edition of Profumi di Collina returns, starting at 9:30 AM from the square of Riva di Solto. The food and wine walk crosses the heights of the Alto Lago d'Iseo, touching the municipalities of Riva di Solto, Solto Collina, and Fonteno.
The route is marked by six stages with tastings and courses. For those who prefer not to walk the entire itinerary on foot, a shuttle service is available from 12:30 PM between the stages.

Sunday, June 21, 2026 — departure at 9:30 AM from Riva di Solto
- 1st stage — Tasting of herbal teas from the farm «L'Asino del lago» in Solto Collina and Solforino sweets
- 2nd stage — Appetizer with local cured meats, 'coppa', and 'pancetta'
- 3rd stage — Visit to the farm «L'Asino del lago»
- 4th stage — First course «I Ravioli de Solt»
- 5th stage — Second course with braised meat and polenta or 'formaggella' and 'stracchino' cheese from Monte di Bronzone
- 6th stage — Seasonal fruit and Solforino ice cream

How to get there
Riva di Solto can be reached by car along the coastal road of Alto Sebino. The start is from the town's main square. It is advisable to arrive in advance of the departure time.
Registration and fees
