In 2025, Profumi di Collina brought walkers and food lovers to the heights of Alto Sebino, with a multi-stage itinerary full of tastings of local typical products. The walk, organized by Pro Loco La Collina, combined nature, lake views, and gastronomic tradition.

The 2025 edition of Profumi di Collina crossed the territories of Riva di Solto, Solto Collina, and Fonteno, on the hills of Alto Lago d'Iseo. Participants followed a multi-stage itinerary marked by tastings of cured meats, ravioli, braised meat, and traditional desserts.
