The Brilliant Theatre Festival is one of the most beloved theatre reviews in Foligno (Province of Perugia). Organized by the DLF Foligno Association, it is held in the Dopolavoro Ferroviario Hall in Via Piave and offers a calendar of brilliant and dialect comedies staged every Friday evening.

Brilliant Theatre — edition 2026
The 13th edition of the Brilliant Theatre Festival runs from April 10 to May 29, 2026, in the Dopolavoro Ferroviario Hall on Via Piave in Foligno. Eight evenings, every Friday at 9:15 PM, featuring dialect and brilliant comedies from amateur companies from Umbria and neighboring regions.
The review opens on Friday, April 10, with the Compagnia G. Lucaroni from Mogliano, presenting "Tre separati e mezzo" by Pietro Romagnoli, who also directed the show. The final evening awards the competition prizes: from the winner to the finalists on the podium, including awards for direction, set design, and best lead, supporting, and character actors.

The Dopolavoro Ferroviario Hall is located in Via Piave, near the Foligno station, reachable by train (Rome-Ancona line) and by car from the SS3 Flaminia.
