About Borgo in Festa

Every year in early July, Borgo in Festa brings the medieval villages of Ronciglione, in the province of Viterbo, to life with evenings of music, entertainment, and solidarity. Organized by Radici Eventi in collaboration with Radici Onlus, the festival features both nationally renowned guests and local artists, offering comedy, dance, and activities for children, alongside food stalls serving Tuscia specialties. Admission is free, and all proceeds are donated to charity to support the association's social projects and ALS research.

Borgo in Festa: Ronciglione's summer of solidarity

Borgo in Festa is the event that, every early July, transforms the charming villages of Ronciglione, in the heart of the Viterbo Tuscia region, into a widespread stage for music, shows, and fun. Born from an idea by Radici Eventi in close collaboration with the Radici Onlus association, the festival has grown year after year to become one of the most anticipated events of the Ronciglione summer.

A festival spread across the villages

For several days, the squares and streets of the historic center of Ronciglione, in the province of Viterbo in Lazio, host a series of free-entry evenings. The program alternates between nationally renowned guests and local talent, featuring pop music performances, comedy sketches, dance shows, and plenty of entertainment designed for families and children.

Music, comedy, and entertainment

Over the years, the stage has hosted singers, dancers, and comedians well-known to the general public, often familiar faces from television, alongside young artists and local associations. The 2026 edition brought to Ronciglione, among others, Amici dancers Samuele Segreto and Marisol Castellanos, the comedy of Massimo Bagnato and Raffaello Corti, and a show by the Gem Boy, in a lineup that combined big names with local acts.

The flavors of Tuscia

Alongside the shows, food stalls offer the specialties of local cuisine every evening, from traditional peasant dishes to typical products of the Viterbo area. It is the perfect opportunity to experience the village in a convivial atmosphere, between a concert and a stroll through the illuminated streets of the historic center.

A festival with a charitable purpose

The most distinctive feature of Borgo in Festa is its charitable soul: the entire proceeds are donated to the social projects promoted by Radici Onlus and dedicated to solidarity initiatives, including support for ALS research. Fun and civic engagement thus coexist in one great community event, capable of uniting the town around a good cause.
