A multidisciplinary festival in the Sezzadio countryside

The Bliss Beat Festival is one of the most original summer events in the province of Alessandria, Piedmont. It takes place at Cascina Bellaria, in the Boschi area of Sezzadio: a classic Piedmontese farmhouse set within eight hectares of land, surrounded by green woods and overlooking a small lake. In this intimate rural setting, the festival offers an intense multi-day program that blends music, body disciplines, and inner exploration.

Yoga, movement, and martial arts

The heart of the festival is its extensive range of physical and meditative practices. Days begin early, around 8:00 AM, with yoga sessions in various styles: Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Hatha, Kundalini, as well as Ecstatic Dance and yoga for children. Significant space is also dedicated to martial arts and movement, with classes in MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, wrestling, Acroyoga, and Kung Fu. The program also includes breathwork and sound practices such as Pranayama, sound baths, and special workshops in Gyrokinesis, Shiatsu, and massage.

Music and evenings

The wellness dimension is complemented by a musical one: live concerts and evening DJ sets bring the farmhouse to life until late, with themed nights ranging from Organic House to Ethno Beats, as well as selections dedicated to the greatest hits of the 90s and 2000s. Music thus becomes the moment of celebration and sharing that concludes the intense days of practice.

An immersive experience

The festival is designed as a complete experience: participants can stay directly on-site, choosing between a campsite equipped with showers and facilities, farmhouse rooms, bungalows, or the characteristic lotus tents. The culinary offering is entirely vegetarian, with vegan options available from breakfast to dinner. Dozens of teachers, musicians, artists, and therapists from all over the world animate the festival's three main areas: the Piazza Grande, the Indoor Hall, and the Warrior's Courtyard.

Organized by the Hari-Om school, the Bliss Beat Festival has carved out a prominent place in the landscape of music and wellness festivals in Italy.
