Summer solstice music in the heart of the Ledro Valley
The Bezzecca Music Festival is one of the most anticipated summer events in the Ledro Valley, located in the municipality of Ledro, in the province of Trento, in the heart of Trentino-Alto Adige. Every year, on the summer solstice (June 21st), the small village of Bezzecca lights up with sound and color to celebrate the arrival of the warm season, in line with the European Music Day founded in France in 1982 to unite people through music.
For one whole night, the streets, squares, and courtyards of Bezzecca become one large open-air venue. Numerous musical stations are set up throughout the town: starting from the historic heart of the village, Piazza Garibaldi, which is traditionally dedicated to the opening, and extending to other areas, such as the Barusse zone, often reserved for DJ sets. Dozens of bands and hundreds of musicians take turns, offering a deliberately eclectic program.
The range of genres is vast and designed to satisfy every ear:
The event is made possible by the hard work of the Ledro in Musica association, in collaboration with the Valle di Ledro Band and the patronage of the Municipality of Ledro, thanks to the contribution of numerous volunteers.
The soundtrack is accompanied by the "Note di Gusto" gastronomic experience: local bars, restaurants, and butchers offer "made in Ledro" street food featuring typical local products, allowing the public to eat and drink while moving from one stage to the next. The result is a true community celebration, where music and conviviality intertwine from late afternoon until late at night.
Admission is completely free. The day begins in the afternoon with a preview dedicated to children, featuring games and entertainment, before the center of Bezzecca transforms into a continuous stage for live concerts. It is an authentic way to discover the Ledro Valley and experience one of its most cherished summer traditions.
The Bezzecca Music Festival returned on June 21, 2026, to celebrate the summer solstice. The proven formula was confirmed: numerous musical stations set up in the village center, starting traditionally from Piazza Garibaldi, and a program ranging from rock to folk, jazz to electronica, and choral music. The event, organized by the Ledro in Musica association with the Valle di Ledro Band and the patronage of the Municipality of Ledro, maintained free admission and the "made in Ledro" street food offering.
Bezzecca is a village within the municipality of Ledro, in the Ledro Valley (province of Trento). By car, it can be reached from Lake Garda by taking the SS240 from Riva del Garda toward Ledro. The nearest train station is in Rovereto, which is connected by regional bus lines. In summer, shuttle services and public transport to the valley are available.
Free admission. The event takes place on June 21st, with a children's preview in the late afternoon and live music until late at night.
We recommend parking in the designated areas and reaching the center on foot. Wear comfortable clothing to move between the various stages in the village.
