BeviAmontù is the event that celebrates the most distinctive product of Montù Beccaria: the wine of Oltrepò Pavese. Organized by the local associations with the support of the municipal administration, this food and wine festival takes place on a summer Sunday and invites you to discover the hilly village in the province of Pavia with a glass in hand.
How it Works
The heart of the experience is the tasting kit: with a pouch and a glass, you can stroll through the streets of the ancient village, sampling a selection of wines offered by local producers. Along the route, farmhouses and gastronomic stands offer all sorts of specialties: ravioli, risotto, artisanal cured meats, doughnuts, ice cream, spritz, and delicacies from local pastry shops.
Not Just Gastronomy
BeviAmontù is not just about wine and food. Between one winery and another, the village comes alive with music in the streets and the Giochi dei nonni (Grandparents' Games), recreational activities that allow younger generations to learn about the territory's past. It's a festival that combines the conviviality of the Pavia region with the discovery of the Oltrepò's hilly landscape, attracting many visitors each year who are in love with these hills and good wine.

BeviAmontù — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of BeviAmontù is the sixth iteration of the event and returns to animate the ancient village of Montù Beccaria with an entire day dedicated to food and wine, from 10 AM to 10 PM. The tasting kit, priced at 8 euros, allows you to sample wines from local producers while walking through the village streets, accompanied by gastronomic offerings from the stands: ravioli, risotto, artisanal cured meats, doughnuts, ice cream, spritz, and delicacies from local pastry shops. Music fills the streets and the 'Giochi dei nonni' (Grandparents' Games) complete the festival.

How to Get There
Montù Beccaria can be reached by car following the hilly roads of Oltrepò Pavese; the nearest train station is Stradella, on the Milan-Genoa line. It is advisable to plan for parking outside the historic center.
