Authors' words on the village terrace

The Aut Aut Festival is the cultural review that, since 2017, has brought writers, journalists, and protagonists of the national cultural scene to Campomarino, in the province of Campobasso. The setting is the terrace of Palazzo Norante, in the heart of the ancient village, where literary evenings take place outdoors, under the stars.

A format blending culture and conviviality

Each event has a clearly recognizable structure: first, the encounter with the author, dedicated to presenting a book or discussing a current topic, followed by the concluding DJ set that transforms the literary evening into a moment of celebration. Over the years, the terrace has hosted motorcycle travelers sharing stories, writers, journalists, and satirical collectives, covering genres from fiction to investigative journalism, from singer-songwriter music to the Moro case.

A rooted review

Organized by the Institution for Tourist and Cultural Services Center of Campomarino together with the Fahrenheit Bookstore of Termoli, the Aut Aut Festival has become a regular fixture of the town's summer, confirmed year after year and included in the broader program of the AESTIVA review.
