The undisputed star of the event is the grand Argentinian barbecue, the asado, which gives the event its name and attracts meat lovers from across the Monferrato and Alto Monferrato areas.
Asado, a South American tradition
Asado is not just a simple barbecue: it is a true Argentinian gastronomic ritual. Silvanese conferma la formula collaudata delle due serate con la grigliata argentina dell'asado come protagonista, accompagnata da vini del Monferrato e da intrattenimento musicale dal vivo.

Silvano d'Orba is located in the province of Alessandria, in the Ovadese area. By car, it is accessible via the A26 motorway (Ovada exit) and the network of provincial roads connecting Ovada and Novi Ligure. The nearest train station is Ovada, on the Genoa-Acqui Terme line.
