On the occasion of International Women's Day, Cittadella dedicates March 8th to an event celebrating women's craftsmanship: Artigianalmente Donna. The event, held in Piazza Pierobon in the heart of the walled town, highlights the creativity and skills of women, understood as an expression of culture, tradition, and innovation.
Three Facets: Taste, Wellness, and Creativity
The event is divided into thematic areas that animate the square throughout the day:
- Food and Wine: authentic flavors and local gastronomic offerings.
- Wellness and Personal Care: areas dedicated to beauty and well-being.
- Women's Craftsmanship: stalls and stands showcasing the creative work of female artisans.
Complementing the offerings are activities for families and children: face painting, vintage wooden games, and balloon sculpting, making the day suitable for all ages.
A Community Celebration in the Walled Town
Artigianalmente Donna combines the celebration of International Women's Day with the promotion of Cittadella's historic center. Getting Here
Cittadella is in the province of Padua. By car from the A4 (Grisignano di Zocco exit) or A31; by train, Cittadella station is on the Padua-Bassano del Grappa line. The event takes place in Piazza Pierobon, in the historic center.

The event runs all day on March 8th in Piazza Pierobon. Free entry to the market; purchases and services are paid according to exhibitors' price lists.
