Evenings of choral music and alpine tradition at the Terme di Rabbi
ÀQUAVOCE – Music Festival at the Terme di Rabbi is the series of evening concerts that transforms the historic Terme di Rabbi into an open-air stage every summer. We are in Val di Rabbi, a small side valley of Val di Sole, within the Municipality of Rabbi (Province of Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige), at an altitude of over a thousand meters inside the Stelvio National Park. The festival's name itself evokes the thermal waters of the Rabbi Fonti area and the human voice, the absolute protagonist of these evenings.
The festival offers a cycle of events throughout the summer season, with regular concerts running until early September. The program highlights the great tradition of Trentino choral singing: alpine choirs, vocal groups, and ensembles that bring the popular mountain songs of the local repertoire to the stage. The edition traditionally opens with an evening dedicated to local choirs, in the intimate and familiar atmosphere that is the hallmark of the festival.
What makes ÀQUAVOCE unique is the encounter between music and landscape. The evenings take place in the thermal setting surrounded by the woods of Val di Rabbi, where the mountain silence amplifies the emotion of choral singing. The festival is designed for both guests of the thermal baths and local accommodation facilities, as well as for the residents of the Municipality of Rabbi and nearby villages in Val di Sole, fostering a dialogue between slow tourism, wellness, and folk culture.
The festival is promoted by the Rabbi Vacanze Tourist Consortium, which coordinates the cultural and tourist life of the valley. ÀQUAVOCE is part of a rich summer calendar of events in Val di Rabbi, where the natural heritage of the Stelvio National Park joins the musical traditions that have always characterized the alpine communities of Trentino.
The 2026 season of the ÀQUAVOCE festival runs from June 27 to September 5 at the Terme di Rabbi, in Val di Rabbi (Municipality of Rabbi, Province of Trento). All concerts start at 8:45 PM and are free to attend.
The opening evening on June 27 features the Coro alpino Paganella di Terlago, with a program of alpine and folk songs from the Trentino tradition. Throughout the summer, the festival continues with other events dedicated to local choirs and vocal ensembles.
For the full schedule of individual evenings, please refer to the calendar of the Rabbi Vacanze Tourist Consortium.
