The Aperitivo Festival was created to celebrate one of the most iconic rituals of Milan, in Lombardy: the aperitivo. The event takes place in the Milano Certosa District, a former industrial area in the city's northwest (Municipality 8), now the focus of a major urban regeneration project. For three days, the district transforms into a widespread hub dedicated to mixology and conviviality.
Tastings and mixology
The festival offers over 20 tasting experiences and about fifteen food & beverage pairing stations, featuring high-level mixologists and bartenders. The spaces within the District — Department 184, Nomad, Pennellificio, and La Forgiatura — host tasting counters, events, and afterparties in a journey that blends industrial architecture and cocktail culture.
The Aperitivo Academy
The educational heart of the event is the Aperitivo Academy, a schedule of masterclasses dedicated to techniques, trends, mixology, and pairings, designed for both industry professionals and enthusiasts. It's an opportunity to understand how the aperitivo has evolved and where contemporary taste is heading.

The fourth edition of the Aperitivo Festival enlivens the Milano Certosa District from May 15 to 17, 2026, daily from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The district transforms into a widespread hub dedicated to the aperitivo, with over 20 tasting experiences and 15 food & beverage pairing stations.
The stars of this edition are the mixologists and bartenders who animate the spaces of Department 184, Nomad (venue for afterparties), Pennellificio, and La Forgiatura, alongside the masterclasses of the Aperitivo Academy dedicated to techniques, mixology, and pairings.
