The programme includes a guided excursion in the surroundings of the village, craft workshops dedicated to traditional trades, and above all, the tasting of Bagoss cheese, the symbolic dairy product of Bagolino: a hard cheese, produced using ancient methods and a protagonist of the local gastronomic identity.

The initiative, promoted by the Municipality and the territorial valorisation portal vallesabbia.info, showcases a different side of Bagolino than its famous historical carnival: that of pastures, flavours, and artisan traditions.
