The motorcycle rally of Luzzara in the Bassa Reggiana
The Alluccinato Motorcycle Rally is one of the most cherished motorcycle events in the Bassa Reggiana, organized by Motoclub Un Po' Alluccinati A.S.D. in the Municipality of Luzzara, in the province of Reggio Emilia, in Emilia-Romagna. The club's name itself, a play on words between the Po River that borders the territory and the carefree spirit of its members, well describes the event's soul: seriousness in organization and a great desire to be together on two wheels.
The rally takes place over the course of a day. The meeting point is set at Piazza Ferrari, in the heart of Luzzara, where participants can complete their registrations from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. After the welcome and registration, the motorcycle tour begins, taking motorcyclists along the quiet roads of the Po Valley, through riverbanks, cultivated fields, and small villages of the Bassa. The format prioritizes the tourist discovery of the territory over competition, in the spirit of two-wheel tourism promoted by the Federation.
The Alluccinato Motorcycle Rally is part of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Motorcycle Tourism Championship and is valid for the FMI Regional Tourist Trophy, constituting one of the rounds of the regional calendar curated by the Emilia-Romagna Regional Committee (CRER). This recognition attracts enthusiasts and FMI members from all over the region, who can participate with regularly authorized motorcycles, sidecars, and quads.
Upon returning from the motorcycle tour, the day concludes with a convivial lunch for those who wish to stay, a key moment to chat, share stories about the ride, and strengthen the group spirit that distinguishes the club. The invitation is open to all motorcyclists, experienced or simply curious: the Alluccinato Motorcycle Rally is above all a celebration of the passion for motorcycling.
Luzzara is a municipality on the Po River, the birthplace of the painter Cesare Zavattini and a guardian of a peasant and river tradition that can still be felt today. Participating in the rally also means discovering this authentic corner of the province of Reggio Emilia, characterized by good food, water landscapes, and Emilian hospitality.
