Bari's open and inclusive festival at Parco Don Tonino Bello
The All In Festival is one of the most original events on the Bari cultural scene: a festival built entirely around the concepts of inclusion and active citizenship. Every year, Parco Don Tonino Bello, in the Japigia district of Bari, transforms into a large open-air village where sports, music, culture, and social life intertwine with a clear goal: to break down every physical and cultural barrier and make everyone feel part of the same community.
Promoted by the Zerobarriere social cooperative, the festival stems from the work of a network of local associations and organizations that have learned to collaborate and build relationships. The result is a completely free event, designed for all ages but especially dedicated to young people.
The heart of the All In Festival is sport as a tool for inclusion. In the park, Paralympic and inclusive disciplines are practiced, allowing people with and without disabilities to play together: sitting volleyball, blind football, table tennis, baskin, and many other demonstration activities, often supported by federations such as FISPIC (Italian Federation of Paralympic Sports for the Visually Impaired).
Alongside sports, the program offers live music, performances, entertainment, children's readings, creative workshops, live radio, and talks on highly topical issues: from environmental protection to combating gender-based violence, as well as human dignity and the accessibility of public spaces. The event is thus a moment of celebration but also of collective reflection.
As the organizers remind us, "the only true characteristic of this festival is total accessibility." Every activity is designed to be usable by everyone: LIS (Italian Sign Language) interpreters are present to ensure the participation of deaf people, in collaboration with the ENS, in addition to tools and arrangements designed for different needs.
Behind the All In Festival is the Zerobarriere social cooperative, which involves dozens of associations and local entities in Bari. The event takes place with the patronage and participation of the Municipality of Bari and the Puglia Region, confirming the social value of a project that has made Parco Don Tonino Bello one of the city's symbols of inclusion.
Spacious and green, Parco Don Tonino Bello is named after the Apulian bishop who was a witness to peace and hospitality: an urban space perfect for hosting a festival that makes participation and openness its founding values. For two or three days, it becomes a meeting place where families, young people, associations, and curious visitors can experience the city in a new way.
The third edition of the All In Festival, presented in Bari by the Zerobarriere social cooperative, was held on May 16 and 17, 2026, at Parco Don Tonino Bello. The program offered inclusive sports, live music, talks, children's readings, live radio, entertainment, and performances, with events designed especially for young people.
The festival's identity was confirmed: total accessibility, with LIS interpreters and tools dedicated to the participation of deaf people. Among the topics addressed were environmental protection and the fight against gender-based violence. The main sponsor of the edition was Banca BPER, with the participation of numerous local associations.
