Three days of street food and craft beer at Parco Pertini in Agliana
Every spring, Parco Pertini in Agliana, located in the heart of the Pistoia province, transforms into a vibrant village of flavors. The Agliana Street Food Fest, organized by Gust'Aspasso Eventi, brings a caravan of vintage ape-cars, food vans, and gourmet trucks to the park, where top road-chefs serve up delicious dishes perfect for eating on the go.
The culinary offerings are a sensory journey through diverse cuisines: from wood-fired Tuscan schiacciata and arrosticini to South American grills, American-style burgers, Mexican dishes, fried delicacies, gourmet seafood, and fine pastries. The common thread is craft beer, served in abundance to complement every bite.
The event is about more than just food: throughout the festival, the park is filled with live music and DJ sets, while children can enjoy rides, inflatables, and dedicated activities. Its informal atmosphere and free admission make it the perfect destination for an evening out or an open-air weekend lunch.
In recent years, the festival has added the Sports Village, created in collaboration with Asi Pistoia and the Municipality of Agliana. It features booths from local sports clubs, practical demonstrations of various disciplines, exhibitions, and tournaments on an inflatable soccer field, keeping children and teenagers entertained between snacks.
As a staple in the rich calendar of food and wine events in Tuscany, the Agliana Street Food Fest has become a classic early May tradition for the Pistoia plains and the nearby Valdinievole. The spacious, lush setting of Parco Pertini welcomes thousands of visitors each year in search of great food, conviviality, and fun for the whole family.
The 2026 edition of the Agliana Street Food Fest brought Parco Pertini to life from Friday, May 8 to Sunday, May 10, organized by Gust'Aspasso Eventi. Three days of street food with vintage ape-cars, food vans, and trucks, craft beer, live music, and attractions for children, all with free admission.
Sports were also a major focus with the second edition of the Sports Village, held on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10: an event hosted by Asi Pistoia and the Municipality of Agliana, featuring local sports club booths, discipline demonstrations, exhibitions, and tournaments on an inflatable soccer field.
