The 8th of Easter is one of the most beloved events in Lugo di Vicenza, a municipality in the Alto Vicentino area of the province of Vicenza. It takes place in the park of Villa Godi Malinverni, the first villa designed by Andrea Palladio, and falls on the Sunday after Easter, hence the dialectal name that recalls the liturgical octave.
