Edition 2025 — Zicoria FestiVal di Sole
The 2025 edition of the Zicoria FestiVal di Sole was held in Val di Rabbi from April 25 to May 4, organized over two weekends of activities and workshops dedicated to dandelions and wild mountain herbs.
The program offered guided excursions in the Stelvio National Park to observe nature awakening in the forest, cooking workshops to learn traditional rural spring recipes, and tastings of mountain cheeses paired with zicoria. Highlights included a presentation by Professor Antonio Sarzo on his book about dandelions and a cooking show by chef Daniel Prantil.
On Sunday, April 27, the traditional Festa delle Zicorie took place, featuring a lunch of traditional dishes revisited with zicoria (organized by AVIS Rabbi) followed by a folk show by the Sauta Martini group.
