Wine Trekking Gourmet 2025
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, the Wine Trekking Gourmet returned to the terraced vineyards of Cembra and Lisignago, in the Val di Cembra (Trentino-Alto Adige), as the highlight of the third edition of Dolo-Vini-Miti, the vertical wine festival held from October 9 to 12, 2025.
With staggered departures starting from late morning, participants tackled the 5 km loop, savoring a different course at each stop—from appetizer to dessert—prepared by local chefs under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Alessandro Gilmozzi. Each dish was paired with wines, sparkling wines, and grappas from the Val di Cembra, presented by sommeliers along the way, for a day that combined gentle hiking, haute cuisine, and mountain wine culture in the municipality of Cembra Lisignago.
