Edition 2025 — Wild Fennel Festival

The ninth edition of the Wild Fennel Festival was held in Blufi on Saturday, May 10, and Sunday, May 11, 2025. For the first time, the event joined the Authentic Festivals of Italy circuit. Along the streets of the Madonie village, there were wild fennel-based tastings, the Craft Fair, the Food Publishing Festival, folk shows, and music, with free admission.

The 2025 edition marked an important milestone with its entry into the Authentic Festivals of Italy circuit. Saturday, May 10, saw the inauguration at 5:00 PM with the Craft Fair and the Food Publishing Festival, the Ju-Jitsu exhibition, the APERISAGRA, and evening shows. Sunday, May 11, featured the excursion to the Roman Bridge, the "Tamburinata," the folk show by the AUSER group from Polizzi Generosa, and the "From Appetizer to Dessert" tasting.

The menu was enriched with new preparations: pasta with ragù and fennel, seasoned meatballs, sausage and burgers with fennel seeds, cannoli with fennel-infused ricotta, gelato, and liqueur, confirming the central role of the wild product harvested on the hills of Blufi.
