White Truffle Festival of the Bidente Valley

In 2025, the White Truffle Festival of the Bidente Valley returned to Cusercoli, a hamlet of Civitella di Romagna (FC), on the two Sundays of November 9 and 16. For the occasion, the medieval village and the Castle of Cusercoli welcomed thousands of visitors drawn by the prized white truffle of the Bidente Valley.

Along the village streets, truffle hunters' stalls and exhibitors of typical Apennine products from Romagna and crafts were set up, accompanied by conferences, screenings, and live music. Guided tours of the castle and the traditional award ceremony for the truffle hunter who found the largest and most fragrant specimen were also held. The truffle, enjoyed mainly raw on eggs, fresh pasta, risotto, and crostini, confirmed the festival as one of the most beloved autumn events in the Bidente Valley.
