The Weekend in Pink is the event that every year, around March 8th, transforms Valgreghentino — a municipality in the province of Lecco — into a town tinged with pink. More than just a simple weekend, it's a veritable week of events dedicated to culture, wellness, fun, and solidarity, with the Pro Loco at the helm along with the Municipality and other local associations.

A varied and participatory program

The calendar interweaves very different moments: literary aperitifs in collaboration with the library, conferences on the meaning of Women's Day, skincare and wellness workshops, convivial dinners. Each event is designed to involve the community and create opportunities for meeting, reflection, and leisure.

The Pink Walk

The grand finale is on March 8th with the traditional Pink Walk, with routes suitable for all ages that attract hundreds of participants each year. It is the most symbolic moment of the event: a river of people walking together through the streets of the town, combining movement, celebration, and solidarity.

A celebration with a purpose

The Weekend in Pink has a strong charitable dimension: the events support AICIT — Association for Interventions against Tumors and the Katia Corti Group, offering concrete help to those in need.
