Völser Kuchlkastl (Fiè Larder)

The 2025 edition of the Völser Kuchlkastl took place throughout the month of October 2025 in Fiè allo Sciliar, at the foot of the Sciliar. Following the tradition started in 1978, participating establishments dedicated the gastronomic autumn to the rediscovery of old peasant recipes, reinterpreted with a modern touch.

Typical South Tyrolean dishes returned to the town's menus: Brennsuppe, Schlutzkrapfen, buckwheat pasta, lamb, and game, accompanied by alpine mushrooms, seasonal vegetables, and mountain herbs. An event that confirms Fiè allo Sciliar every year as one of the most appreciated destinations for lovers of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine.
