Edition 2025 — Voldeiner Culinaria

In 2025, Voldeiner Culinaria took place in Aldino from May 11 to June 15, under the title of spring culinary weeks (Kulinarische Frühlingswochen in Aldein). For over a month, restaurants, mountain huts, and refuges in the village and the hamlets of Radein and Jochgrimm offered seasonal menus inspired by the flavors of the South Tyrolean Alpine spring.

The 2025 edition of Voldeiner Culinaria was held in Aldino (Aldein), on the Regglberg plateau in the province of Bolzano, from May 11 to June 15. Presented as Kulinarische Frühlingswochen (Spring Culinary Weeks), the festival involved local establishments in the municipality and the hamlets of Radein and Jochgrimm with seasonal menus dedicated to fresh, regional products of the moment: spring herbs, mountain cheeses, meats, and traditional South Tyrolean peasant dishes.

The event was part of the spring calendar of South Tyrol's South (Südtirols Süden), alongside other food and wine events in the area, offering visitors the chance to discover the mountain cuisine of the plateau at the foot of the Corno Bianco and Corno Nero at a leisurely pace during the quiet low season.
