The summer schedule of experiences on the Tesino Plateau
Vivi Tesino Summer is a widespread calendar of activities that transforms the Tesino Plateau into a large open-air laboratory from mid-July to early September. Each day is enlivened by a range of offerings—between four and seven per day, for a total of approximately 37 activities per week—designed to help you experience the area in an immersive, slow, and environmentally friendly way. The initiative is coordinated by the Tesino Ecomuseum in collaboration with numerous local operators and involves the three municipalities of the valley: Pieve Tesino, Castello Tesino, and Cinte Tesino, in the province of Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige.
The program embraces nature, wellness, culture, and local flavors. Among the most popular experiences are guided mid-mountain hikes to discover the trails of the Tesino, e-mountain bike outings with Tesino Bike, Hatha yoga sessions, and outdoor meditation, also guided by the Buddhist monk Seiun.
The Tesino Plateau holds an extraordinary history of travelers and traveling printers. Guided tours visit iconic sites such as the Museo Casa De Gasperi, dedicated to the statesman born in Pieve Tesino, the Giardino d'Europa, and the Tesino Museum of Prints and Traveling Merchants "Per Via". This is a heritage that the project enhances by intertwining excursions with cultural experiences.
At the heart of the initiative is the desire to promote mindful and accessible tourism: all activities dedicated to young people remain free of charge, confirming the area's commitment to providing offerings open to families and children. The schedule also includes the special "Ten Days of Wellness" event, featuring yoga, hiking, and meditation.
The 2026 schedule brings the Tesino Plateau to life from mid-July to early September with four to seven proposals per day, for approximately 37 weekly activities. The program, coordinated by Silvia Fattore for the Tesino Ecomuseum, ranges from hiking and Nordic Walking to e-mountain bike outings with Tesino Bike, from Hatha yoga sessions to meditation with the monk Seiun, as well as guided museum tours, creative workshops with the educational garden, and Trentino cooking classes.
Among the summer highlights is "The Ten Days of Wellness", from August 20th to 30th, featuring yoga, hiking in the Tesino landscapes, meditation meetings, and a Gregorian chant concert. The full program can be downloaded in PDF from the Ecomuseum website. Activities dedicated to children and teenagers are free.
