The Vitis Festival is a premier live music event that brings Adelfia, a town in the Metropolitan City of Bari, to life in the heart of Puglia. Organized by the Pro Loco of Adelfia with the patronage of the Municipality of Adelfia, the festival takes over Piazza Cimmarrusti for two evenings of free concerts, marking the end of the summer season with nationally acclaimed artists.

A free community celebration

The hallmark of the Vitis Festival is its accessible format: major Italian music acts performing free of charge in a square filled with families, young people, and music lovers. The 2025 Edition: Tormento and Tiromancino

The 2025 lineup featured two high-profile evenings. On Saturday, September 20, Tormento, the legendary voice of Sottotono and a key figure in the Italian rap and soul scene, took the stage for a live performance mixing soul, rap, and R&B. On Sunday, September 21, it was the turn of Tiromancino, the band led by Federico Zampaglione, who performed their greatest hits alongside more recent tracks. Admission to Piazza Cimmarrusti was completely free for both nights.

Adelfia and its surroundings

Adelfia, formed by the union of the ancient centers of Canneto di Bari and Montrone, is located in the hinterland of Bari, just a short distance from the regional capital.
