Edition 2025 — Lunch at the Castello di Roddi

In the 2025 edition, the Visit and Lunch at the Castello di Roddi took place on Sunday, October 26, as part of the International Alba White Truffle Fair. Guided tour of the manor at 12:30 PM or 3:00 PM and traditional lunch at 1:00 PM, with a menu signed by multi-starred chef Fulvio Siccardi and Piedmontese wines included. White truffle was available separately.

The 2025 edition of the experience at the Castello di Roddi was held on Sunday, October 26, with guided tours at 12:30 PM or 3:00 PM and lunch at 1:00 PM, until approximately 4:00 PM. The traditional menu included egg in a cage with parmesan cream, tajarin with butter, pork cheek with Barolo and celeriac puree, and a finale of Piedmontese desserts (panna cotta, chocolate salami, hazelnut cream, and bonèt ice cream), signed by multi-starred chef Fulvio Siccardi. Piedmontese wines selected by Vinum were included in the price, set at 65 euros per person, with Alba white truffle shavings available separately.
