The historic Vellai festival
The Vellai Festival is the village festival of the fraction of Vellai, in the municipality of Feltre (province of Belluno). Founded in the seventies, it is one of the most deeply rooted festivals in the Feltre area. It takes place at the sports facilities in via Beato Luigi Guanella and is organized by the USD Dynamo club, which makes it a moment of celebration and support for grassroots sports activities.

Traditionally spread over two weekends in July, the festival combines football tournaments with gastronomic entertainment, with stalls offering local traditional dishes. Vellai is a fraction of Feltre (BL), reachable by car in a few minutes from the center. The sports facilities are located in via Beato Luigi Guanella. The nearest train station is Feltre, on the Padova–Belluno line.
