After dinner, the main stage hosts live orchestras dedicated to ballroom dancing and folk music, while at Gotta Park, the evening heats up with DJ sets and younger bands. There are also sports and games: five-a-side football and volleyball tournaments, themed card game competitions.

The 2026 edition of Una Sana Festa Paesana takes place in Trestina over two weekends: June 26-28 and July 3-5, 2026. Every evening, the food stalls open at 7:30 PM, featuring the unmissable Florentine steak and Chianina burgers; followed by live orchestras on the main stage and DJ sets at Gotta Park. There's also space for sports, with five-a-side football and volleyball tournaments, and the card game tradition with a briscola competition.
