Edition 2025 — Trisobbio White Truffle
The 2025 edition of the Trisobbio National White Truffle Fair, the 7th, was held on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a potential postponement to the following Sunday in case of bad weather. The "Tarsobi, Tartufi & Vino" event, part of the Piedmontese regional calendar of truffle fairs, enlivened the village's historic center along Via Cavour.
The trifolai displayed and sold fresh white truffles, while a market of local products wound through the streets with stands offering traditional and reimagined dishes. Local producers offered their wines in guided tastings open to everyone, from beginners to experts. The day also featured an awards ceremony for the best truffle specimens, juggling, entertainment, and visits to the medieval village, with free shuttles from parking areas and assistance for people with disabilities.
