The Cozzuolo Festival
The Traditional September Festival is the end-of-summer sagra (village festival) of the hamlet of Cozzuolo, in Vittorio Veneto, in the province of Treviso. It takes place at the San Valentino Play Park and is organised by the Associazione San Valentino (San Valentino Association), which curates a rich and varied programme each year.
Flavours, Music, and Tradition
The heart of the festival are the food and wine stalls offering traditional dishes and the live music of various genres that livens up the evenings. There is also ballo liscio (ballroom dancing), a true institution of Venetian festivals, along with briscola tournaments and games designed for children.
The 'Notturna dei sette colli'
Among the most characteristic events is the recreational walk "Notturna dei sette colli" (Night of the Seven Hills), an evening walk through the hills surrounding the hamlet, open to everyone. The Cozzuolo September Festival thus combines sport, gastronomy, and socialising in a celebration that closes the summer in the Vittorio Veneto area in a spirit of community.
