Edition 2025 — Terner Bauernkuchl
In 2025, the Terner Bauernkuchl week was held from October 17 to 26 in Terento/Terenten. For ten days, the village's farms and restaurants served specialties of Puster Valley peasant cuisine — from sauerkraut soup to buckwheat Schwårzplentan Ribla with applesauce, and from grey cheese soup to Kirschtakråpfn and Tirschtlan. The usual events took place around the table: mill visits, a farmers' market with an exhibition of antique agricultural tools, farm breakfasts, guided hikes, and bread baking in the village stone oven. The event confirmed its vocation as an authentic celebration of the rural traditions of the Puster plateau, ideally closing the autumn season together with the transhumance and the Mill Festival.
