Tartófla – International Festival of the White Truffle of Savigno

The 42nd edition of Tartófla was held in Savigno (Valsamoggia) from October 25 to November 16, 2025, organized over four weekends (October 25-26, November 1-2, 8-9, and 15-16) for a total of eight days of celebration. The streets of the historic center hosted over 150 exhibitors with the truffle market exhibition, local crafts, and agricultural products.

Gastronomy was at the heart of the event: the Tartófla Restaurant by the Pro Loco, which in previous editions served over eight thousand meals, street food with crescentine and borlenghi, and truffle menus from the town's restaurants. Ample space was also dedicated to truffle hunting and extraction, a UNESCO heritage, with walks in the woods alongside truffle hunters. Among the cultural events, on November 15th, Professor Massimo Montanari gave a conference on medieval cuisine and the "Dinner of Peace" related to the celebrations for the 700th anniversary of the Battle of Zappolino.
