Edition 2025 — Tagliariegli Festival

In 2025, the Tagliariegli e Fagioli Festival was held in San Vittore del Lazio on the traditional date of the first Saturday of July, July 5th. As every year, the village in the province of Frosinone celebrated its signature dish: handmade fresh pasta tagliolini seasoned with beans, served in the streets of the historic center along with the flavors of the Ciociaria tradition.

The 2025 edition of the Tagliariegli e Fagioli Festival renewed the fixed appointment of the first Saturday of July in San Vittore del Lazio, which fell on July 5th. The protagonist, as always, was the dish of local peasant memory: tagliariegli, fresh pasta tagliolini kneaded and cut by hand, cooked and seasoned with beans in a thick and fragrant soup.

The festival took place according to the traditional formula of Ciociaria festivals: food stalls managed by local volunteers, outdoor tables in the historic center, and folk music until the evening. It was an opportunity to discover this border village in the province of Frosinone, perched on the last stretch of the Liri Valley at the meeting point between Lazio, Campania, and Molise, and to taste one of the most authentic preparations of the humble cuisine of lower Lazio.
