The 2025 edition in brief

The 2025 edition of the Gnocchitti Festival was scheduled as part of the summer festivities in Supino, but bad weather forced a postponement: the 'queen of Supino festivals' therefore took place on Thursday, July 31, 2025, in Piazza San Nicola, from 8:30 PM until late in the evening. The protagonists, as always, were the gnocchitti, the signature dish of the town, prepared by hand as in the old days by local cooks and served with traditional Ciociaria sauces, amidst live music and infectious joy.

That summer, Supino had also celebrated the Feast of Saint Anatolia, from July 9 to 19, 2025, with a religious program that culminated in the procession through the village streets on Saturday, July 12, and an evening of folk music in Piazza San Nicola with the group I Salta..Pizzica. The organization of the festival was handled by the Municipality of Supino together with the 'Supino in Vetrina' business network, as part of the project to promote the gastronomic and commercial excellence of the Lepini village, in the province of Frosinone.
